On Thursday 28 November, 10 participants gathered at l’Eauget to take part in a pottery workshop where, accompanied by talented ceramist Sophie Giet, they created their own mug or cup. Sophie, who usually runs her courses at her YAWA CCC ceramics centre, guided them through this creative moment in a setting that was as inspiring as it was unusual!
To extend the evening and round off the experience in style, the participants shared a warm moment over a Savoyard fondue. This meal was optional, but everyone stayed to enjoy a moment of conviviality and the pleasure of the taste buds that it offers!

The pottery workshop is priced at €55 and includes guidance from Sophie Giet to create your own cup or mug, as well as kiln firing and glazing*, so that your piece can be used for a long time to come. The price also includes a package covering as much still or sparkling water as you like.
For those who wish to extend the experience, an optional Savoyard fondue meal is available for €32.50 per person. If you would like drinks other than water, you will need to pre-order them and pay for them on the spot by Bancontact, at the end of the meal.
* Enamelling and firing of the pieces will be carried out by Sophie at a later date. You will therefore need to collect your pieces a few days later.
For those who choose to take part in the meal, the total cost is €87.50, covering the workshop, the meal and the water package.
If you prefer not to take part in the meal, the booking fee is €55.00, including the course and the water package.

For this first “soirée éphémère”, chef Maïté from Maison Mi Maï in Blegny took the 12 guests on a culinary journey to the heart of Japan.
The evening was open to all, by reservation only, with no privatisation of the room. They enjoyed a convivial and intimate atmosphere, just like in a restaurant.
During the evening, guests had access to the bucket wheel to discover its restoration. An experience that combines gastronomy and heritage, in an unusual and authentic setting!
